Gallery Residential, a design-forward multifamily real estate company, is seeking a Part-time Groundskeeper to help maintain the curb appeal and cleanliness of our upscale apartment communities. In this resident-focused role, you will perform daily groundskeeping, landscaping support, trash and debris removal, and seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal. You will regularly inspect outdoor areas, report maintenance and safety issues, and ensure common spaces feel welcoming, safe, and visually appealing.
Working closely with site teams, you’ll contribute directly to a high-quality resident experience and well-managed community environment.
