GroundskeeperGroundskeepers provide a welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining the cleanliness of resort grounds, performing landscaping duties, and working on various maintenance and grounds projects.ResponsibilitiesGroundskeeper responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintains the grounds daily, including keeping landscaping, parking, walkways, and other areas on resort grounds clean, safe, and attractiveMaintains all storage areas, shops, and mechanical areas in a clean, safe, and secure manner, reporting to the Chief Engineer any corrective actions that need to be takenPromptly respond to reports of guest problems or concerns and informs the front desk/Chief Engineer when action is completeResponsible for clearing all trash, weeds, brush and debris from the resort groundsResponsible for watering all plants and flowers located on resort groundsResponsible for weeding, mulching and tree trimming whenever necessary or as directed (This will require the use of equipment such as sheers, blade saw and other gardening tools.)Responsible for the maintenance of plant life throughout the resortCleans resort grounds and removes litter and trash on a daily and consistent basisResponsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all grounds keeping supplies used as part of the groundskeeper role and ensures they are safe and in good working conditionsSweeps or blows all resort roadside entrances, walkways and resort back areasPerforms daily walk-through of the resort grounds and identifies, reports as well as addresses areas with immediate grounds keeping needsKeeps Chief Engineer promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance so that prompt corrective action can be takenPerforms job duties with a minimum of disruption to the guestsOther duties as assignedQualificationsWhat are we looking for?Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidaysValid Driver's License preferredMust be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for long periods of timePassion for providing exceptional service to guests and team membersProven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detailTeamwork and collaborationMust be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisorsWhat can you look forward to?All team members enjoy WEEKLY PAY!Qualifying team members may enjoy the following benefits:Medical and Dental insuranceSupplemental insurance plans (ex.
