This position requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work with the team as well as work alone, and willingness to want and learn all aspects of golf maintenance.
They should have experience as a laborer with an appropriate and developing grasp of course conditioning requirements.What You Will Do:Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logsExpected to operate all equipment at a high level once trainedIncorporate safe work practices in job performanceAbility / Willingness to learn new tasks and operate different types of equipment as requiredMake sure all tees and traffic stakes are properly placed at all timesVehicle operation and care from cleaning to filling w/fuelRaking bunkers, rotary push mower, backpack blower and weed eatingDivot repair, laying sod and planting seed, mowing greens and repair of ball marks on greensProper safety proceduresEdging sprinkler heads and valves, to fly-mowing bunkers, to edging cart paths, drains and cleaning yardage platesGeneral set-up duties.
