Ground Freight Account Coordinator

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks an Operational Account Coordinator, Ground to serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts. You will convert demand into bookings in TMF, review loads to prevent duplicates, and monitor during transit to resolve exceptions.

You will own customer communications, schedule appointments, and coordinate with capacity planning and outbound teams to keep dates solid and customers informed.
