Groton – Support Coach (Entry Level)

Join ABI RESOURCES as a Support Coach in Groton. This entry‑level role focuses on supporting clients with a wide range of caregiving needs.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with all aspects of home and community life.
• Ensure consistent safety for clients.
• Provide healthy and professional friendship.
• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Schedule, attend, and report on medical and therapeutic appointments.
• Do shopping, cooking, and cleaning with the client.
• Organize consistent exercise, socialization, and entertainment.

Schedule & Type

Full‑time | Part‑time
Weekday and Weekend schedules available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year preferred; not required, experience working with disabilities.
• Driver’s license required with reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide a letter from a person and/or employer verifying experience.
