Grocery Dept Manager – Full-Time Store Ops Lead

Food Lion in Clayton, NC seeks a Grocery Department Manager to oversee hiring, training and daily operations of the department. You will coach associates, monitor labor, and drive productivity while maintaining strong customer service alignment with company values.

You will also help achieve budgeted results, manage inventories, control costs, and uphold safety and sanitation standards across the department. This role reports to Store Management.
