Dimar Manufacturing is seeking a Grinding Operator to produce precision metal components for aerospace, defense, transportation, and industrial customers. In this hands-on role, you will set up and operate grinding equipment, read blueprints, inspect parts, and hold tight tolerances in a fast-paced, quality- and safety-focused environment. You’ll work closely with a collaborative manufacturing team, follow standardized work and continuous improvement practices, and help ensure on-time, high-quality production in our Cheektowaga, NY facility.
