Grinder Finishers Needed
Pay Range: $17.27/hour
Shift: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overview
Client is hiring for Grinder- Finishers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your skills directly contribute to producing high-quality fiberglass components. As a Finisher , you will:
* File, grind, sand, and smooth filled or repaired surfaces using power and hand tools.
* Identify and correct major and minor blemishes on molded parts.
* Examine and feel the surface of fiberglass to detect defects.
* Make repairs to molded parts using pin router, sander, offset, and air nozzles.
* Move parts to the paint operation for primer, paint, and bake.
* Perform other duties as assigned, contributing as a skilled Finisher to maintain high-quality standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds periodically.
* Prior fiberglass and finish work recommended.
* Ability to stand for extended periods.
* Comfortable with repetitive and non-repetitive tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Exhibits a respectful, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
