Grind & Material Handling Operator – Day Shift, On-Demand Pay

Cornerstone Building Brands in Jasper, TN is hiring for a Grinder/Scrap Processor on day shift with a 12-hour rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, every other weekend). Base pay is $17.25 per hour and benefits start day 1.

You will set up grinder stations, feed scrap materials, monitor operations, ensure color consistency, perform safety checks, and maintain housekeeping. No prior experience required; manufacturing experience preferred.
