Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grilled food according to recipes and standards
• Set up and maintain the grill station
• Prepare ingredients and monitor food quality
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
• Keep the cooking area and equipment clean and organized
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous grill cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation and safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed
