Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food on the grill according to recipes and standards
- Prepare ingredients and assist with daily food preparation
- Monitor food quality and cooking temperatures
- Maintain a clean and organized cooking area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Assist other kitchen staff with daily operations
Requirements:
- Previous grill or cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
