Grid Operations AnalystWe're seeking a highly skilled Grid Operations Analyst to join our team! As a Grid Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our electrical grid. You'll analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize grid performance, predict potential issues, and improve overall grid resilience.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze real-time grid data to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to predict grid behavior and identify trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement grid optimization strategies and improve overall grid performance.Provide data-driven insights to support grid planning, operations, and maintenance decisions.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualization tools to communicate grid performance and trends.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve grid operations.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.3+ years of experience in grid operations, analytics, or a related field.Strong understanding of electrical grid operations, including transmission, distribution, and generation.Experience with data analytics tools and technologies, such as Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Nice to Have:Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence applications in grid operations.Familiarity with grid management systems, such as SCADA or EMS.Certification in grid operations or a related field.
