Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide on-site installation guidance, system commissioning and customer acceptance support for overseas energy storage and related energy projects.
  2. Carry out joint commissioning of BESS, PCS, BMS, EMS and other systems, as well as on-site fault identification.
  3. Resolve on-site technical issues and after-sales faults for customers, and drive issue closure.
  4. Coordinate with R&D, quality and project teams to analyze and resolve critical issues and implement improvements.
  5. Deliver on-site technical training, prepare commissioning records and output after-sales technical documents.
  6. Summarize on-site issues and customer feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of products and services.
