You will guide complex lifecycle programs, manage escalations, and ensure client satisfaction during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
You'll mentor a pod of 3–5 analysts, architect GRC frameworks, and drive multi-cloud certification projects on AWS, GCP, and Azure. Proficiency with Drata, Vanta, and Secureframe is expected.
