To support the Trust & Assurance program, the full-time GRC Engineer will design, build, and operate compliance systems, focusing on automation and integration within a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities: Build AI agent workflows to automate repeatable GRC tasks and streamline reporting processes Configure and maintain the GRC platform, extending it through APIs and custom workflows to ensure real-time compliance visibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into existing systems and pipelines, translating program requirements into technical implementations Required qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or Technical GRC with a strong focus on automation Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with hands-on experience in building integrations and automations in enterprise environments Practical experience with modern GRC platforms, including configuring custom workflows and utilizing APIs Working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO standards, with the ability to programmatically test controls Experience in developing AI-assisted automation solutions and familiarity with AWS security controls and CI/CD workflows
