Graphics Project CoordinatorThe Graphics Project Coordinator is responsible for initiating pre-press workflows, managing packaging artwork changes, and ensuring timely and accurate movement of graphic components through the client Esko WebCenter system. This role coordinates high-volume graphic project activity, supports cross-functional communication, and drives timelines to support production schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesUse the client Esko graphics workflow tool to set up and manage artwork project workflowsTrack, organize, and prioritize project steps to support achievable and accurate timelinesEscalate risks or delays proactively to stakeholdersMaintain high attention to detail when reviewing component information, artwork specifications, and version controlPartner with graphics, pre-press, and print vendors to keep projects on trackSupport continuous improvement to optimize graphics workflow efficiencyTypical DayReviewing incoming artwork/graphics change requestsEntering and setting up projects in Esko WebCenterCommunicating with cross-functional teams to close information gapsOrganizing priorities based on daily/weekly production deadlinesParticipating in status meetings and reporting project progressManaging a large workload while balancing urgent requestsMust-Have Skills & ExperienceGraphics experience and general professional work experienceStrong project management skillsStrong attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Windows and Adobe AcrobatAbility to manage and prioritize high volumes of workStrong communication and organizational skillsPreferred SkillsExperience using Esko WebCenter (strong plus)Familiarity with the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)Knowledge of packaging artwork or pre-press workflowsExperience in any of the following industries: Flexible film manufacturingFolding carton manufacturingPackaging printingConsumer packaged goods companiesSoftware & ToolsEsko WebCenterMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)Adobe Suite (Acrobat required; Illustrator/Photoshop preferred)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
