A Graphic Designer is proactive and eager to learn new technology, trends, and processes.Essential Responsibilities:Develop and create visually appealing and effective marketing across a range of mediums, including but not limited to:Build & Run Digital AutomationCustomization of Existing Products (Ex: Direct Mail)NewsprintsFlyersNew Automotive Incentive WorkResizing Established Look for POP ItemsCRM EmailsResizing Pitch DeliverablesOutdoor Signage/BillboardsDigital MerchandisingEnsure projects are delivered on time and in line with the clients' brands & expectationsHelp perform the Senior Designer role in their absence (proof, manage out of office list)Develop conceptual work and proactive ideasAdhere to processes and procedures set forth by the Creative Leadership TeamUnderstand & utilize Workfront to document all work and proofsCommunicate clearly and adhere to Stream's 1-hour response policyTake direction and feedback from managementUnderstand automotive compliance guidelines and regulations on creative executionAttend monthly creative department meeting & weekly town hallUtilize Adobe Experience Manager to execute work requests and follow best practicesQualifications:Bachelor's degree or certificate in graphic design, or related fine arts field2+ years of relevant work experienceAutomotive experience is a plusAdobe Workfront experience is a plusSkills & Experience:Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Experience Manager Assets, and AcrobatThe ability to use these programs as efficiently as possible to create technically and aesthetically well-structured design piecesUnderstanding of all printing processes, terms, and techniques.
