Role Summary

The role reports to the Senior clothing and logo advertising group, assisting the team in creating PowerPoint decks, infographics, and layout systems to support income, advertising, and executive leadership. The position is primarily based in Atlanta, but some flexibility for the Bentonville location may be required.

About SAM's Club Platform (MAP)

MAP is an ad‑tech startup within Walmart that helps SAM's Club members find relevant products at the right moment, utilizing data from tens of millions of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Master PowerPoint and visual storytelling techniques to develop compelling presentations.
• Design infographics, charts, and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Create internal and external communications following SAM's Club MAP branding guidelines, with opportunities to develop new brands and visual frameworks.
• Review current presentations for visual improvements and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Recommend ways to grow and adapt our brand from a new‑business perspective.

Qualifications

• Instinct for layout, typography, and presentation design.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools; animation skills are a plus.
• Strong time management, written communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Background in photography, advertising, marketing, or communications preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating design, photography, and illustration work.
• At least 2years of experience in graphics, marketing, advertising, interactive layout, or retail design.
• Bachelor's degree in art, photography, design, marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory; portfolio is emphasized.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fine arts, photography, photo design, or related discipline.
• 1year of experience in photography, art, layout, or related field OR 3years of experience in graphics, artwork, layout, or related area.
