Founded in 2014, True Spec Golf is headquartered in Scottsdale and now has over 40 locations worldwide.Currently, TSG is looking for a creative, well-organized, motivated Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing Ops and manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under tight deadlines, and collaborate with other members of the Marketing team to produce the highest quality assets possible.Essential Responsibilities and Duties:Serve as the primary designer for all email marketing campaigns and flowsCollaborate with Marketing team to produce a variety of print and digital assetsManage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under tight deadlinesPerform QA to ensure all output is accurate and error-freeProvide ideas and suggestions on how to improve marketing creativeCommunicate with Marketing team regarding feedback, project status, and concernsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:2+ years of online and offline design experienceOnline design including emails, landing pages, websites, social media design work, display ads, and infographicsOffline design including direct mail, brochures, print ads, and other offline mediaStrong understanding of fundamental design principles for print that affect typography, composition, color, use of space, and hierarchy of informationSkilled in the latest versions of the big 3 design apps: InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopExperience with Klaviyo and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms preferredAbility to integrate design and animation to create engaging PowerPoint presentationsExcellent team player who is willing to explore and learn new thingsDemonstrated portfolio showing creative, design, and software skillsWe Offer:Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans plus an optional 401k plan2 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid national holidaysFun perks including free custom-fit golf equipment through the seeding programThe invaluable opportunity to work for a growing company that is the undisputed industry leader in custom club fitting and club buildingCompensation:55K-65K base salaryTrue Spec Golf is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
