As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials for both digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with our team to develop a consistent brand message and ensure all designs meet our high standards.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with executives and employees to develop a cohesive brand messageDesign a wide range of materials for print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and presentationsManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraintsAdvise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projectsWork with a range of media and graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and IllustratorDevelop and maintain a strong portfolio of workRequirementsIndesign - expertAdobe Creative Suite - expertPhotoshop - expertMac vs PC - a must!Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related fieldProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and IllustratorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic designStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management abilitiesKnowledge of graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web designExperience in delivering creative ideas and following through to content creation and distribution for both print and digital mediaOfferingFull-time position with a salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per yearBenefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible spending account, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insuranceThis is a full-time position, with a Monday to Friday day shift schedule in the Trenton area, NJ.
