Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Senior Artist / Graphic Designer with strong artistic fundamentals and the ability to work across a wide range of visual styles. In this role, you will produce bold, expressive, and character-driven visuals while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and execution. This position requires a balance of artistic creativity and technical precision, with a strong focus on generating dynamic visual assets, adapting quickly to diverse briefs, and documenting creative workflows in a structured manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Professional Experience: Hand-on experience as a Cartoonist, Illustrator, Visual Artist, or in a similar professional role.
• Artistic Fundamentals: Solid understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, line work, textures, and visual balance.
• Tool Proficiency: Mastery of digital art software including Procreate , Adobe Illustrator , and Adobe Photoshop .
• Style Versatility: Proven ability to adapt, replicate, and maintain consistency across diverse art styles, such as:
• Cartoon & Comic Art
• Manga & Anime
• Pop Art
• Sticker Style
• Sketching & Drawing
• Execution & Communication: Exceptional portfolio showcasing visual versatility, strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and efficient time management in meeting tight deadlines.

Required Qualification:

In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality visual content and defining artistic standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Asset Creation: Producing high-quality illustrations and visual assets based on detailed creative briefs.
• Character & Graphic Design: Developing character-driven and graphic visuals across multiple styles (cartoon, manga/anime, pop art, sticker designs, and sketching).
• Style Consistency: Producing multiple asset variations while ensuring strict consistency in style, composition, line work, and color balance.
• Workflow & Metadata Documentation: Documenting artistic prompts, design workflows, and asset metadata in a clear, structured manner.
• Collaboration & Iteration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, incorporating calibration feedback efficiently, and refining visual outputs.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Illustration, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
• A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a strong track record in multi-style digital illustration and asset creation.

Project Snapshot

• Estimated earning potential of approximately $7hour.
• Upto 12 weeks remote project.
• Up to 40 hours/week ; part-time artists working up to 20 hours/week are welcome
• Paid in USD
• Start after portfolio approval and onboarding.
