Production ArtistWe are seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist to support product development through high-volume design execution. This role focuses on producing accurate, production-ready files using established templates and provided artwork.The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and comfortable working on repetitive tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys technical design work rather than concept creation.ScheduleMonday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMOvertime as needed based on project demandsKey ResponsibilitiesExecute product designs using pre-approved templates and provided assetsGenerate large volumes of production-ready files with consistency and accuracyUpdate and revise files based on changes to logos, colors, or brand guidelinesMaintain and organize production files efficientlyEnsure all files meet quality and production standardsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners as neededCommunicate clearly regarding project updates and revisionsRequired Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and PhotoshopStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality controlAbility to manage repetitive tasks without compromising accuracySolid understanding of design fundamentals (layout, spacing, composition, typography)Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesPreferred QualificationsExperience with pre-press or production design workflowsFamiliarity with licensed or branded productsKnowledge of major sports leagues and team branding is a plusEducationBachelor's degree preferred, but not required
