As a Graphic Designer / Packaging Designer, you'll create compelling print materials, including catalogs, direct mailers, product packaging, brochures, and display signage. You'll work closely with the team's creative director, as well as marketing, and design teams to ensure visually stunning materials that meet business objectives.ResponsibilitiesDesign print materials that showcase our brand's creativity and strategyLeverage existing templates to meet tight deadlines and contribute to brainstorming new design ideasCollaborate with our teams to ensure compelling visuals and project goalsPrepare high-quality, print-ready files and work with printers and vendorsStay updated on design trends, new tools, and industry best practicesRequirementsStrong portfolio showcasing creativity and experience in print designFluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and compositionUnderstanding of print production processes and file preparationFlexibility, adaptability, and great communication skillsBonus Points:Experience in digital design (though not immediately required)What Is OfferedOpportunity to join a rapidly growing startup with a strong missionCollaborative and dynamic work environmentCompetitive compensation packageThis is a full-time position, onsite in the Arlington, MA area.
