Lele Sadoughi is looking for a Graphic Designer to help concept & execute marketing content. This role requires an understanding of design and digital best practices and the ability to work cross-functionally with our operations, sales & product design teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute a wide range of visual and print deliverables, including email, web, SMS, digital ads, Pinterest, YouTube, marketing cards, seasonal look books, retail needs, and packaging design
- Design beautiful and intuitive email templates for weekly promotion flows, product launches, and campaign/collection marketing
- Ensure all digital and print assets follow the brand guidelines and visual design system while implementing current digital trends
- Utilize Trello, Klayvio, & Wunderkind for content organization and scheduling
- Assist in writing clear, attractive copy, with a distinct brand tone of voice for creative deliverables
- Contribute to the execution of brand photoshoots (styling, sample organization, etc.)
- Report to the VP of Marketing & contribute ideas to the brand marketing calendar
- Work closely with all members of the marketing team to ensure the success of launches and other deliverables
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; Graphic Design or Communication Design
- 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer working in-house, for a consumer brand, or agency
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
- Basic video editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc. are a plus)
- Strong grasp of foundational xhqgsiq graphic design skills (typography, layout design, brand design, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask & comfortable working under pressure to meet established deadlines
- Ability to interpret marketing analytics to create and optimize content accordingly
- Comfortable presenting and collaborating with senior leadership
- Self-starter with a strong interest in fashion
- Excellent organization
- Ability to communicate efficiently, explain design choices, and receive feedback
