Resurrection has an opening for a Graphic Designer in our Resurrection Experience division! The position is full-time, exempt and is located at the Leawood campus at 13720 Roe Ave. Please see below for a full job description.

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer creates graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos for digital and print formats. They develop fresh, interesting graphics that are strategically designed to fulfill the church's mission and support its ministries. As a member of the Graphic Design team, the Graphic Designer works with Experience Project Managers to ensure the needs of ministries are met.

Position-Specific

  • Create and prepare illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos for use in print materials, videos, and image projection to support the church's ministries and operations.
  • Conceptualize visual designs based on ministry area requirements, in coordination with Experience Project Managers.
  • Create images and layout designs within the church's brand that support the church's marketing and advertising.
  • Create images and develop layout designs for use on the church's website and social media.
  • Test graphics to confirm effective use across media and in live event production, when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum years of experience: 3 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with presentation software (ProPresenter) and motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects) preferred.
  • Knowledge of production processes for both digital and print graphic formats.
  • Proven Results in: Graphic design.
