The ideal candidate has experience working across the complete Adobe Suite, designing printed and digital assets. With the fast growth of the company comes a fast-moving workflow so our ideal candidate is a well rounded designer who thrives in a high-speed environment, handles feedback well, and can take an idea and run with it to deliver an entire cross-platform campaign.Essential Job FunctionsDesign promotional and seasonal creative following brand standardsVersion seasonal and quarterly creative for printed and online use, including social media advertising, display ads, posters, flyers, magazine ads, banners, brochures etc.Communicate directly with franchise owners to deliver individual project requests – studio ad placement, print, email, social material etc.Manage print portal - Provide packaged files and communicate directly with vendorDesign material to be used for internal training, marketing or segment marketingYearly convention set design, material design and media productionUnderstanding and a willingness to strengthen their Motion Graphics abilitiesCreate both static and video ads for all social media platformsDesign internal templates and presentationsBasic copywriting and editing skills for promotional materials and internal presentationsOther duties as assignedQualificationsExcellence in Adobe Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After EffectsExperience designing print and digital advertisementsUnderstanding of digital content including mobile ads and applicationsOrganizational skillsMust be detail-oriented, service-oriented and have a positive, can-do attitudeExperience5+ years of graphic design experience2+ years of additional experience in one or more of the following: HTML coding, social media marketing, copywriting, photo and video editingFranchise system experience a plus
