Graphic Designer (T-Shirt and Logo Specialist)We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a specialization in T-shirt and Logo design for our print shop. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that resonate with our clients' needs and brand identities.Responsibilities:Develop original and innovative T-shirt designs that cater to various themes, trends, and client specifications.Create impactful and memorable logos that encapsulate the essence and identity of diverse businesses and organizations.Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements, offer creative insights, and translate their ideas into compelling visuals.Ensure designs are print-ready and optimized for various printing techniques, considering factors like color separation and print placement.Generate new design concepts, sketches, and mock-ups that align with client briefs and industry standards.Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) proficiently to create high-quality designs.Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure designs reflect the brand identity accurately.Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications before final delivery.Requirements:Proven experience 1-3 years in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing T-shirt designs, logos, and print-related work.Demonstrated creativity and ability to generate original and innovative design concepts.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc., with a deep understanding of print production requirements.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams, presenting and explaining design concepts.Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in designs for print production.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of T-shirt designs, logos, and print-related projects.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working within a print shop or print-related environment is highly desirable.Knowledge of different textile printing techniques (screen printing, DTG, etc.) and their design requirements.Strong skills in typography, illustration, and layout design.Join our dynamic team and contribute your creative expertise to our print shop.
