Graphic Designer I
Location: Clearwater, FL 33765 (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $40/hr. on W2
Duration: 3+ months, possible extension
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (40 hours/week)
Work Arrangement: 3 days onsite per week

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to develop high-quality print and digital designs for marketing, branding, packaging, and retail campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create digital assets, website banners, social media graphics, marketing collateral, packaging, and retail signage.
- Maintain brand consistency and deliver modern, visually appealing designs.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and product teams.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Prepare print-ready layouts and optimize digital assets.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign .
- Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
- Experience with print production and digital design.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Preferred: Experience in beauty (especially haircare), retail, or e-commerce. Motion graphics, animation, and AI design experience are a plus.
