In this role, you'll bring brand stories to life through stunning visuals across print and digital media. Your designs will help shape how the company is perceived and ensure brand consistency in every piece of content.As a Graphic Designer, you can expect to:Develop eye-catching designs for internal and external communications, including print materials, digital assets, presentations, and moreSupport brand campaigns by creating engaging visuals across digital, social, print, and other media platformsApply strategic thinking to design, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and communication goalsWork closely with the creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life and execute cohesive design strategiesUse Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to produce high-quality, impactful visualsManage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detailAdapt creative direction from briefs into compelling and persuasive visual designsAssist in maintaining design standards and brand integrity across all creative outputsWhat you'll bring to the team:2-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in corporate communications, advertising, or a creative agency settingBachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferredProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design toolsA strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills in both print and digital designAbility to collaborate in a team environment while also managing projects independentlyStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.Must be able to work onsite in Bentonville, ARThis is an onsite, temporary opportunity with a highly respected corporate brand.
