WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A creative and innovative designer with a passion for blockchain technology and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for decentralized applications (dApps) and cryptocurrency platforms.
- Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, including decentralized finance (DeFi), smart contracts, and tokenomics, to create user‑centric designs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote‑first environment, utilizing crypto‑native communication tools like Slack and Discord.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience in the crypto ecosystem.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on user feedback and industry trends.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to integrate design with technical implementation, ensuring visual consistency across platforms.
- Create and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity that aligns with the company’s mission and resonates with the crypto community.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, with 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with blockchain protocols like Ethereum and experience designing for complex systems, including wallets and smart contract interactions.
