Grants Compliance ManagerThe Grants Compliance Manager establishes and leads the Foundation's grants compliance function, with responsibility for ensuring grant activities align with legal, regulatory, and funder requirements across the full lifecycle, from pre-award through closeout. This role builds and maintains the Foundation's grants compliance infrastructure, including Financial Conflicts of Interest (FCOI) management, policy development, training, documentation standards, and audit readiness.Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Franciscan Health Foundation, this position works in partnership with Grants Administration, Foundation Finance, Legal, program staff, and other stakeholders. The position also provides ongoing monitoring of compliance requirements, including tracking obligations, identifying risks, and supporting accountability for deliverables and responsible parties.
