Leading the development and governance of the global grants and incentives process, the full-time Grants and Incentives Manager will manage funding opportunities, oversee compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize investment strategies in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Proactively identify and evaluate grants, incentives, and funding opportunities relevant to company operations Lead the preparation and submission of incentive applications and ensure ongoing compliance with awarded benefits Oversee cross-functional workstreams and facilitate strategic discussions with external partners and stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 5-8 years of experience in grants and incentives, tax credits, or economic development, including leading complex projects Demonstrated experience in evaluating, securing, and managing grants or incentive opportunities Strong financial acumen with experience in developing business cases and evaluating return on investment Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build effective relationships with government authorities and stakeholders
