Grant Writer

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Grant Writer will lead the development of compelling grant proposals and reports for national foundations and corporate partners, while creating reusable writing frameworks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance fundraising efforts. Key responsibilities Lead or support major grant proposals, ensuring compliance with funder guidelines and translating program data into compelling narratives Develop and maintain a shared library of reusable narrative assets to streamline proposal writing across the team Collaborate with various departments to gather and synthesize data, program updates, and student stories into funder-facing materials Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience writing for institutional and corporate funders, including proposals and funder reports Proven ability to build and streamline processes using AI tools for writing and data synthesis Strong collaboration skills with a curiosity to understand organizational programs and strategies Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strategic perspective
