Grant Accounting Manager
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000
Schedule: Fully onsite (Either 5 days 9-5 or 4 days 8-6)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly grant invoices and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, funder requirements, and internal accounting policies.
- Manage month-end and year-end grant accounting close processes and reporting deadlines.
- Review grant expenditures, receivable balances, and general ledger activity for accuracy.
- Supervise and support the grant accounting team with budget modifications and reporting.
- Coordinate grant audit preparation and documentation with senior finance leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 5+ years of nonprofit grant accounting experience.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience managing Federal, NYS, NYC, and private grants.
- Experience reviewing grant-funded invoices and financial reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Fund EZ, and Passport required.
