Location: Fully Remote
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities for the Grant Accountant:
- Manage accounting activities for assigned state and federal grants.
- Review and approve grant-related expenditures and procurement activity.
- Grant Accountant will perform budgeting, budget-to-actual analysis, and financial reporting.
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities.
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and posting issues.
Qualifications for the Grant Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; Finance degree considered with strong accounting experience.
- Grant Accounting experience beyond accounts payable-focused responsibilities.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Experience with full-cycle accounting
- Abila MIP software experience
