In this hands-on role, you will operate and monitor grain receiving, drying, storage, and shipping equipment, perform quality checks, and follow strict safety and food-safety standards. You’ll assist with equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and housekeeping to keep the plant running reliably. Working with a collaborative team, you’ll help optimize production, minimize downtime, and support Cargill’s commitment to sustainable, high-quality food and agricultural products.
