Graham Platner For US Senate Regional Organizing DirectorLocation: MESalary: (Monthly)Company: Graham Platner For US Senate CampaignDepartment: OrganizingEmployment Type: CampaignApplication Instructions: Submit resume and cover letter to this form.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Manage, train, and coach a team of Organizers, who will in turn recruit and manage volunteer teams across large and diverse geographic areasWork with the statewide Organizing leadership team to implement communications, messaging, and digital strategies in regionParticipate in the hiring decision making process for OrganizersDevelop management and accountability strategies and systems that lead regional teams to successfully meet daily and weekly qualitative and quantitative goalsProvide extensive and daily coaching on communication with voters, volunteer recruitment, volunteer management and volunteer retentionBuild and manage relationships with key stakeholders within the region in tandem with the Political team.Manage or support event builds for large-scale campaign events in regionPerform other duties as needed and assignedQualifications:Two cycles of organizing experienceAt least one cycle of staff management experience is preferred, but not requiredGoal-oriented and self-disciplined; able to meet tight deadlines and multitaskAbility to think creatively, be solutions oriented and motivate direct reports to do the same amidst a positive and productive team cultureResilient team player excited to work tirelessly to elect Graham PlatnerSuperior interpersonal skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skillsAble to manage direct reports in person and remotelyThis position is full time and cycle only.
