Graduate Recruitment Consultant – New York City

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates
• Running the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and placing top talent
• Working toward performance-based targets with excellent rewards
• Developing expertise within a specialist market
• Learning from seasoned professionals in a high-performance, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent or soon-to-be graduates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Competitive, motivated, and resilient attitude
• A willingness to learn and grow quickly
• Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus – but not essential
