Graduate Recruiter (Fully Remote)

• Oversee early-careers recruitment across the entire business, operating remotely.
• Focus on leveraging established university relationships across the UK to build pipelines of graduate talent.

What you’ll do:

• Manage full-lifecycle graduate, intern, and entry-level recruitment across all business functions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with top universities and execute campus campaigns.
• Own selection and assessment processes including CV screening, interviews, and pipeline.

• Proven background in running full-lifecycle early-careers hiring campaigns.
