Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold high-quality coding standards.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience working with Java.
- Strong practical experience with Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to work in a hybrid model within Germany.
- German and English proficiency at C1 level (both required).
