- Collaborating with colleagues, specialists, and support staff
- Maintaining strong communication and partnerships with families
- Contributing positively to the overall school community
- Maine Elementary Teaching Certification (or eligibility)
- Knowledge of early literacy, numeracy, and child development
- Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to meeting the needs of all learners
