The candidate will work closely with students to support their individual learning needs and help them achieve academic success as well as helping to maintain a structured and organized classroom environment. They will be responsible for supervising students during transitions, lunch, and recess. Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children are essential for success in this role.
