GP Physician: Direct Patient Care & Care Coordination

University of Southern California seeks a Physician to provide direct and indirect patient care at the USC Culinary Health Center and Durango Clinic, under supervision of the Medical Directors. This role includes taking histories, performing exams, diagnosing, planning treatment, and coordinating with care teams.

Responsibilities include counseling, prescribing, referrals, supervision of PAs/NPs, adherence to policies, care transitions, and collaboration with care coordinators to manage chronic
