What You’ll Do
  • Identify and pursue new federal opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key agency contacts and teaming partners.
  • Lead capture activities from opportunity identification through proposal.
  • Collaborate with leadership and proposal teams to develop winning strategies.
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years in federal business development or capture management.
  • Strong knowledge of federal contracting and small business set-asides.
  • Proven track record winning contracts in a competitive environment.
  • Hunter mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
