Wellspring Church in Indio, CA seeks an Elementary Director to lead Wellspring Kids (Kindergarten–5th grade). You will recruit, equip, and develop volunteers while creating safe, engaging environments where children can belong, grow, and meet Jesus.
Working with the Kids Pastor and Family Ministry team, you will lead weekend experiences, partner with parents, manage volunteers, and help drive the vision for Wellspring Kids, including budgeting and records.
