Our organization designs and conducts analyses in a wide range of disciplines critical to Golden Dome including OPIR, missile and spacecraft kinematics, tasked and untasked sensing, communications, threat assessment, PNT, and more. We are looking for a Communications and PNT Analysis Lead to lead modeling and simulation efforts across the corporation and proactively assist the government with identifying and solving cross-architectural challenges. Join us today and become a part of a culture that promotes innovation, growth, and technical excellence!The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility in Chantilly, VA or Colorado Springs, CO.What You'll Be DoingFraming analyses and tasking to respond to government needs related to communications, PNT, and signal processing as well as other mission areas as needs dictateCoordinating support for complex technical tasks, managing resources to efficiently staff and execute projectsDeveloping and presenting timely and technically accurate products that clearly communicate analysis results and recommendations to the customerCollaborating with outside organizations to ensure accurate information and alignment with other analysis teamsInfluencing key government stakeholders to adopt recommendations based on dataWorking with other Aerospace, government, and contractor engineering teams who reside in different physical locations and time zones, including VA, CO, AL, and CA.What You Need to be SuccessfulMinimum Requirements for the Project Leader - Communications Systems Engineering :B.S. degree in aerospace, astronautical, or mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related field of science or engineeringEight or more years of relevant and progressive professional or academic experienceExperience providing direct support to government customersHistory of leading technical teams with diverse backgrounds delivering substantial technical analyses or development efforts in support of customer-driven projectsExperience with modeling communications or PNT systemsStrong organization and communication skillsWillingness to support occasional travel domestically (approx. 10-20%)This position requires a current and active security clearance and polygraph (TS/SBI/SCI), which is issued by the US government. The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below.
