The role involves leading the development of robust applications and solutions in a dynamic, high-volume environment.Required Skills & Qualifications4–6 years of experience in Full Stack/Backend EngineeringStrong hands-on experience with Golang (Primary Skill)Extensive experience with AWS Lambda and Step FunctionsExperience building serverless data pipelinesStrong AWS cloud experienceExperience with Docker and CloudFormationFamiliarity with Postgres and/or SnowflakeExperience working in large-scale distributed or big data environmentsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsMust have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 yearsPreferred Skills & QualificationsAWS IAM domain knowledgePrevious experience with the client is requiredAWS Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate or AWS Developer Associate are preferred but not mandatoryDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and enhance backend applications using GolangBuild and maintain AWS serverless pipelines using Lambda and Step FunctionsSupport cloud compliance and IAM-related initiatives across enterprise AWS environmentsWork on orchestration and execution pipelines processing millions of compliance findings dailyCollaborate with a team of engineers in an Agile/Jira-driven environmentContribute to scalable cloud monitoring and compliance platformsWork with Postgres and Snowflake databases as neededUtilize Docker and CloudFormation within the development environmentCompany Benefits & CultureOpportunity to work in a hybrid work model with 3 onsite days per weekEngage in a collaborative and innovative work environmentPotential for contract extension beyond the initial duration
