Assistant Manager - Recruitment @ Compunnel Inc.
Location: Westlake TX (2 weeks onsite per month)

Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes and coordinate with hiring managers
- Source and attract candidates using various channels
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process
Qualifications
- BS degree in computer science preferred with 5+ years of experience in cloud technologies
- Experience with AWS services, IAM, Networking, CloudFormation
- Expertise in building containerized applications using GoLang
- Proficiency in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or Terraform)
- Skilled in CI/CD tools and pipeline implementation
- Experience in building secure cloud solutions
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to develop self-service solutions for development teams
