Go-to-Market Project Lead — TikTok Shop

Educated Solutions Corp. (ESC) has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Project Manager – TikTok Shop to support a leading national beauty retailer in Bolingbrook, IL. This is a 5-month contract role with the potential to extend, working a hybrid schedule that requires approximately six onsite days per month.

The Project Manager will support the go-to-market strategy and execution for the company’s TikTok Shop channel. This position will manage activation calendars, coordinate cross-functional deliverables and help execute high-profile campaigns, livestream events and in-person brand activations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving social commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market planning and execution for the company’s TikTok Shop channel.
• Manage the channel’s activation calendar, including brand launches, TikTok campaigns, livestream events and other promotional initiatives.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, dependencies and deliverables to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Coordinate and organize major activation moments, including company events, grand openings and livestreams hosted at in-person brand events.
• Partner with merchandising, marketing, social media, e-commerce and other cross-functional teams to execute channel initiatives.
• Coordinate key meetings, project touchpoints and status updates involving internal teams and external vendors.
• Lead cross-functional communications related to program updates, priorities, timelines and outstanding action items.
• Identify potential risks or delays and work with stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain organized project documentation, activation schedules and follow-up materials.
• Provide flexible project support as business needs evolve and the TikTok Shop channel continues to grow and innovate.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, category management, project management or a related retail function.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, livestream shopping or social media campaign execution.
• Experience coordinating product launches, marketing campaigns, promotional events or brand activations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work onsite in Bolingbrook, IL approximately six days per month.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting beauty, retail, e-commerce or social commerce programs.
• Experience coordinating large-scale corporate events, store openings or in-person brand activations.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising calendars and go-to-market processes.
