GO Network is seeking an energetic, relationship-drivenDirector of Growthto lead recruiting, coaching, training, and agent development within one of our Keller Williams GO Network Market Centers.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit and attract top real estate talent.
  • Coach new and existing agents to achieve greater success.
  • Lead Career Nights and recruiting events.
  • Oversee the Market Center training calendar and faculty.
  • Drive adoption of GO Network, Regional, and Keller Williams initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to build a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence.

  • A strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Experience in recruiting, coaching, leadership, or real estate sales
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Passionate about helping others grow
